Scammers Posing as Sduko Representatives
Beware of scammers posing as Sduko representatives who use WhatsApp to target advertisers. These fraudsters falsely claim your ad has been reported and demand immediate payment to avoid penalties or account blocks. Crucially, Sduko never requests payment to prevent ad deletion or account suspension. Any such request is a scam and should be ignored.
If you receive a suspicious message, do not engage with the sender. Instead, report it to Sduko and provide as much information as possible to help us identify and stop these criminals. This includes:
- The phone number used to contact you
- Screenshots of the entire conversation with the scammer
- Any other relevant details you believe are important
Your detailed reports are invaluable in our efforts to protect our community. Remember, Sduko will never ask you for payment to keep your ad online; always be alert and report suspicious activity immediately.
